not looking for sympathy, honest. But when I go to parties and tell
people I'm in the health insurance business, eyes glaze over and people
start looking over my shoulder for someone else to talk with.

seems particularly true when I talk with business owners about
employee benefits programs. Everyone's very polite, of course, but most
owners don't want to talk about insurance. The three most common
excuses I hear are:

Insurance is complicated.

Inexpensive and Respecting Your Valuable Time
This
site has been designed to:
1.
Minimize your time – As I understand you as a business owner have very
little of it
2.
Make the benefits buying decision simple – likely a key employee has
asked for benefits.
3.
And be sensitive to your concerns over cost.
There
are two reasons to provide a package:
1.
Keep and attract key employees.
2.
Tax effective compensation.
As
simple as 1, 2, or 3 – Pick one and you are done!!
To
meet all of these concerns we created three levels of coverage: (1)
the Bronze package provides basic benefits. (2) Silver provides more.
(3) Gold provides the highest level of coverage. Naturally, each higher
level is more expensive. But don't forget, many company’s share
the premium cost with their employees 50/50, so your company picks up
only half the increase as you move up the coverage ladder.
Essentially
all you have to do is review each option available. Pick
either Bronze, Silver or Gold. Send in your employee information and
you are done. The whole process should not take you more than 15
minutes!!!!!
